View from Summit Lake. My first adventure in the great outdoors that is Alaska. The little brown squiggle below to the left is the (dirt) "road" to Willow, which is about 35 miles away in the background. It was opening day of hunting season (could be why I haven't a single moose..) and there were hunting camps about every 100 yards. This road was a BLAST to drive in my new Ford F150 4x4. Since it's a rental.....
